The hotel was fairly clean, the room was neat and air-conditioned and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were all efficient, hospitable. The service offered was exceptional:)))

The breakfast was incredibly nice with plenty of delicious food on offer. The room was clean and we had an iron with ironing board and a flat screen TV. The hotel was in the very central setting by taxi or public transport.

The breakfasts are great affordable and good with omelets and toasts, for example. Its location is comfortable and absolutely perfect adjacent to the restaurant for breakfast, the centre of attractions and Harare gardens. The staff are particularly helpful and attentive, everyone.

my recent stay in harare was made exceptional by crestas friendly staff, who were always willing to help and provide a great experience. the free upgrade to a spacious room on the 7th floor was a pleasant surprise, reducing noise and ensuring a comfortable stay. location and free parking were also a plus.

My recent stay in this hotel was a memorable one. the location was perfect as I could easily walk to various restaurants and the taxi rank was just a stone’s throw away. Secondly, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the breakfast that was provided. Additionally, the staff were amazing as they were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the room was spotless, and I admired the clear view of the city centre from my window.
